Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission Board will be meeting in the Perry Township offices at 3025 Johnsville-Brookville Rd, at the corner of Amity Rd, on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7:00 PM to discuss solar energy in the township. Interested persons are welcome at the Perry Township office. Anyone may appear and voice their opinion respectfully thereof.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on November 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the meeting room at 3025 Johnsville-Brookville Rd, Brookville, Ohio. The Perry Township Board of Trustees will be conducting a hearing on a proposed amendment to a resolution to add Subsection O to Article 38, Section 3801 of the Perry Township Zoning text to regulate the use of steel storage containers as permanent storage containers. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Perry Township office, 3025 Johnsville-Brookville Rd, Brookville, Ohio between 8AM and 1PM Mon thru Thurs starting 28 October and it will be posted on the bulletin board outside of the office.

After the public hearing, the Perry Township Board of Trustees will have their regular scheduled monthly meeting. Point of contact is Al Acker, Zoning Administrator.
