PUBLICE NOTICE:

The Amity Rd. superstructure replacement project is set to begin on August 29th 2025 and will continue through October 31st 2025. The public is to be notified 21 days in advance of the road closure before work starts the actual replacement work will begin on Monday September 15th 2025 and it is expected to be completed by Friday October 31st 2025. Major work will be carried out between September 15th and October 31st. Side work may begin at the beginning of September for the ditches and culverts in the surrounding area. Residents can expect the road at the bridge point to be closed for approximately 21 days. This is a $475,000 improvement project for Perry Township by state of Ohio and Montgomery County without cost to Perry Township residents. Schools have been notified since it will interfere with current bus routes. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

in the Perry Township Office at 3025 Johnsville-Brookville Rd at the corner of Amity Rd

on October 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM to discuss chicken coops as an accessory building.

Interested people are welcome at the Perry Township Office.
