Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Perry Township Office at 3025 Johnsville Brookville Rd, Brookville, OH 45309 at the corner of Amity Rd on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 7:00pm. The Board of Zoning Appeals will convene to hear an appeal for a variance filed by Tyler and Ashley O'Diam, 14692 Brookville Pyrmont Rd, Brookville, OH 45309 for an accessory building and a variance filed by Guy and Jamy Parworth, 14155 Old Dayton Rd, New Lebanon, OH 45345 for an accessory building. Interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to this request. The public is welcome.
